About Holiday Lights Plan

Holiday Lights Plan helps homeowners plan and hang Christmas lights: how many to buy, how to attach them to different surfaces, what the sourced costs are and how to stay safe on a ladder and at the outlet. We base our guides on government, university, utility and industry sources, and we link to sources on every page.

We are not electricians or roofers and do not give electrical or safety advice. Follow each product's instructions, check local codes and HOA rules, and hire licensed pros for wiring.

Holiday Lights Plan is published by DARCA LLC, a small business in Nampa, Idaho.
